Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Operator Cancellations (e.g., bad weather or unsafe conditions):
- If the activity is cancelled by us due to weather or safety reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
