About The Course

Course Overview
- Basic Life Support: Learn the basic skills of CPR—Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation—and how to use an AED. This will help you react appropriately in cases of cardiac emergencies.
Secondary Care: Acquire first aid skills to assess and manage non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, including bleeding, shock, fractures, and burns.
Emergency Care Plans: Develop an understanding and ability to respond to the wide and varied list of medical emergencies, develop emergency action plans, and set priority care to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in need.
Practical Training: Participate in hands-on practical sessions, including scenario-based simulations, where you will learn to implement first aid and CPR techniques in a real-life situation with the guidance of certified instructors.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, receive an Emergency First Response (EFR) certification card, valid for two years, recognizing your proficiency in basic life support and first aid.
